In Blue Ocean Technology we wish to be informed of any unethical behaviour that is in violation of our Code of Conduct and Supplier Code of Conduct. This includes, but are not limited to violations against human rights, environmental and work-related crime, and safety at the workplace.
This applies for behaviour both within our organization and to our suppliers.
We encourage all employees, contracted personnel, suppliers, and other stakeholders to inform of such aforementioned conditions through our form for whistleblowing. The whistleblower may be kept anonymous upon request. Blue Ocean Technology prefer that the whistleblower can be identified so that the incident may be dealt with as efficiently as possible, but identification is not mandatory.
All reported incidents are handled by CEO Hans Runshaug. In the event where it is inappropriate to have the CEO handle the incident it is recommended you speak with the Board of Directors.
A whistleblower notice should contain a description of:
- What has happened?
- Which laws/routines/policies has been breached?
- Where and when did the incident happen?
- What were the effects of the violation?
